Gold Fang – All For The Money$

Following a steady stream of new music this year by way of ‘Facelift’ and ‘OneFiftySix’, today Gold Fang shares a brand new reggae two-track EP, All For The Money$

As a complete piece, All For The Money$ sees Gold Fang dive deeper into his signature smooth production and embrace his love for reggae through new tracks ‘Perspective’ and ‘All For The Money$’. “It’s been a minute since I put out some straight reggae music” he shares. “Unintentional exploring can leave certain fans hungry and that’s not a good thing. This is my first love so it’s only rite I put out the best music me have.” Where ‘Perspective’ reflects on personal upbringing and ambition, ‘All For The Money$’ explores honesty and integrity, and as a double release it threads a storyline that pairs the light and dark in life with visionary intent.

Written with PAXONTHEBEAT and arriving with a music video shot by Rael Luvi (R93 Films) in Trinidad (assisted by the Australian Government as part of export funding by Music Australia), on the narrative of ‘Perspective’ Gold Fang shares, “Coming front the ghetto we ain’t got too many options. Most youths have nothing. Nothing but hope. Some youths want out of what we were born into. Some youths wanna continue the tradition. Life is all about perspective. What u wanna be ? in the trap or the top of the world. Think about it.” Following on with ‘All For The Money$’, he reveals “Everybody gotta live. Some choose to do so honestly and some choose the not so honest route. At the end of the day it’s all four the money. I’ve seen people do some strange and moral bending things.”

Following the recently released ‘Facelift’ featuring 1st Klase Records founder 1st Klase and ‘OneFiftySix’ produced by Chandler Jewels (OneFour), WondaGurl (Travis Scott), London Cyr and JeeksGold Fang has steadily solidified his spot at the forefront of the thriving Afro-Caribbean space locally and abroad. Embraced by the likes of triple j, FBi Radio, COLORSxSTUDIOS, Red Bull, NME, Acclaim Magazine, Music Feeds, Sniffers and more, it’s his delivery, cadence and invitation to his sonic world that has established his place in the genre, defining the growing Reggae and Dancehall scene with intent.

Praised for his “smooth grooves of reggae” (triple j) that has “cemented him as a leading artist in a new wave of diverse talent” (Tone Deaf) and “sounds like nothing else in the scene right now” (Acclaim Magazine), he has also celebrated momentum as a live artist with his own More Life party and support slots alongside international heavy-hitters Lil Nas X, Fire Boy DML and J Balvin, played iconic festivals including SXSW SydneyField Day, Splendour in the Grass, Promiseland and Beyond The Valley and more.
