NLV Records was founded by Australia’s very own, Nina Agzarian (a.k.a Nina Las Vegas), to become a go-to outlet for original and forward-thinking underground club music across a wide range of genres.
As well as being known as the unmistakable voice of Saturday nights on triple j for almost a decade, Nina is recognised for being the ultimate tastemaker who plays a large role in unearthing and fostering new talent in the Australian dance music scene.
Dedicated to bringing it’s audience eclectic and noteworthy club music, NLV Records is an embodiment of Nina’s strong, career-dedicated passion for championing underground talent and tunes that will change the game.
Over the past 5 years, NLV Records has expanded into Artist Management, A&R consultation, Project Management and brand engagement.
Nina spent 10 years in broadcast radio as a host and programmer on triple j (Australia’s largest youth radio station) dedicating herself to celebrating the sounds of underground dance music from both Australia and abroad. She has been a powerful female force in both the Australian and International dance landscape since 2007, respected by artists and the audience alike.
Caitlin Medcalf is a music writer, radio host, DJ & baby producer with almost a decade of experience in the music industry. Getting her start with tastemaker blog Purple Sneakers at age 16, she edited the site for two years, with a stint as the brand’s owner too. Caitlin also writes for Music Feeds & is on air with FBi Radio.
She’s been putting together PR & copy for NLV Records since 2019.
Sydney based photographer Tiff Williams has played a key role in developing visual aesthetics for both NLV Records and its artists, including Kota Banks, Ninajirachi, Strict Face, Nina Las Vegas & more. When she’s not working for Cattleyard by day, you’re likely to find Tiff behind the lens at your local pop show.
She began snapping photos for NLV Records in 2017.
