Sydney/Eora power trio Anna Lunoe, Mincy and DEVAURA tap London-based DJ and producer Meg Ward, and the Seoul-based duo co.kr & h4rdy for two high-energy reworkings of their collaboration ‘In The Mood’ out today via NLV RecordsLISTEN HERE.

Where the original was fuelled by 2010 bloghouse-inspired production, today’s reiterations of ‘In The Mood’ sees  Meg Ward deliver a bass-heavy, UKG-inspired club tool, and co.kr & h4rdy draw from global club, bass and garage. The divergence of their interpretations pushes the foundations of ‘In The Mood’ – DEVAURA’s singular cadence, Anna and Mincy’s propulsive production bed – to all-new heights, re-transposing the heady club jaunt into new contexts. Today’s remixes are vibrant, joyful, and above all catchy iterations that remain true to the engaging nature of the original.

Teased across Anna Lunoe’s recent shows with Dom Dolla in Ibiza, Allison Wonderland and Armand Van Helden supports, she says “Love these two takes on the track! Meg has brought some trademark cheekiness to the remix, with an elastic groove and some killer synth work that completely shifts the feel of the original. co.kr and h4rdy bringing huge percussion and edge that has djs around the world playing their tunes. I love how both remixes have found different sides of the song — fresh, unique and made for the dancefloor.”

Of their collaborators, Mincy shares, “I’ve been a long-time distant admirer of both Meg’s tunes and her vibe; what a perfect remixer for our anthem! She’s added a whole heap of playful fun to the track; the boppy synths paired with the slightly reworked vocals give it such a fun new energy. co.kr and h4rdy are on fire at the moment, and I’m so excited to have them remixing our track. They’ve completely turned it on its head with some crazy drum work and given it a whole new darker, faster, crazier energy. This one’s going to be a certified club banger!”

With roots in the underground and a sound shaped by years of graft across clubs and festivals, Meg Ward’s energy behind the decks is matched by a deep understanding of dancefloor dynamics. Her productions range from raw, club-ready tools to melodic rollers, with standout releases on labels like Shall Not Fade, Needwant, and her own imprint Mega Wavy. From being nominated as Best Breakthrough Producer by DJ Mag, her rising impact has taken her to festival stages at GlastonburyCreamfieldsSnowbombing and club institutions Warehouse Project, Printworks, DC10, Amnesia. Her ethos is driven by the liberatory power of dance music, rooted in queer joy, openness and connection.

Recently, DJ co.kr & h4rdy received the ultimate co-sign from Fred again.. who had Skepta and JME freestyle over their song ‘Ill E Sam Sa’, pushing the dynamic duo at the forefront of Korea’s energetic club scene to all new ears. Bringing UK-rooted sounds into their sphere, DJ co.kr has released on tastemaker labels Steel City Dance Discs, Fool’s Gold Records, ATW Records and More Time Records, amongst performances shared with HamdiPeggy GouSally CAhadadream and Nikki Nair. Elsewhere, he maintains a presence across Boiler Room, KeepHush, BBC Radio and NTS, regarded for his genre-agnostic iteration of the Korean underground.
